A detached holiday house situated on the island of Ciovo, only 6km distance from Trogir, famous dalmatian tourist resort.
The beautiful beach is just 20m from the house. There is a grocery store and restaurant nearby.
The house has three self-catering holiday apartments 1st category STUDIO (***)
There are two apartments on the first floor - both separate entrance, each apartment is 55m2, has two bedrooms, fully equpped kitchen, living room with TV (sattelite programs), air - condition and two balconies - one overlooking the gaden the other overlooking the sea.
The third apartment is 50m2, has one bedroom (matrimonial), living room with TV (sattelite programs), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two toilets, air - condition. The large terrace (15m2) is overlooking the sea.
In the front yard there is a parking place for each apartment guest.
The guests can also use the grill - barbicue and shower with hot/cold water which are in the garden.
